At Paws at Home Vet Care, I believe vet visits shouldn’t be stressful for pets or their people.

I’m Liz, an experienced mobile veterinary surgeon providing compassionate, high-quality vet care in your own home. By removing the anxiety of travel and waiting rooms, pets are calmer, consultations are more relaxed, and decisions are made with care and confidence.

Whether it’s a routine health check, managing a new or ongoing condition, or supporting you through a peaceful goodbye when the time comes, my aim is always the same: to treat your pet like one of my own.

Liz is fantastic. My little dog has suffered with his ear getting infections causing him to have panic attacks. Seen lots of vets with no success. Liz listened, took a full history and prescribed long term steroids. He is a totally different dog. Happy, eating well with not the slightest upset or panic. Of course I'm recommending her. A few weeks ago, we thought we were going to lose our German Shepherd. Liz helped immediately with Bella’s pain management and even responded to my email over the weekend to offer support.

Since then, she has completely turned things around with a comprehensive pain management plan for Bella’s osteoarthritis. Bella is now so much more comfortable and clearly feels at ease with Liz.

She visited me at home today & we sat with my dog for an hour in the garden where my dog lays everyday, chatting about her condition. She explained so many different things in so much detail & was so caring & sensitive towards my dog. Even my current vets that I have used for 10 years said how lovely she was when she called for her history & they understood fully why I couldn't bring my dog into them anymore due to her age.
They even said they wanted Liz's cards to recommend to pet owners that needed home visits.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I asked Liz to come and vaccinate one of my cats at home. I’m arthritic - the cat is an athlete, a professional wrestler and half eel.  She also reacts very badly to being in a basket, and is terrified for hours afterwards.

Rather than leaving the cat unvaccinated and at risk, I asked Liz to come to my house and vaccinate the cat at home.  Liz was extremely good with the cat; gained her trust and examined her, before giving the first injection.  She was professional and very helpful.  The total cost was more than reasonable.

If you are unable to get your cat to a vet for essential vaccinations or treatment, Liz’s service is absolutely the answer.  Why wouldn’t you want your cat to be treated at home??

The fact they come to your home is priceless; Loki coped so well with her nail trim, & they were happy to take the time to ensure Loki was happy to continue. The contact before was fantastic, their customer service is top notch! As are their social media posts 🤣 The contact online meant I felt at ease with them immediately as I felt I already knew them. Obviously you want to visit the vets as little as possible, but I know when I do need them, Paws at Home will be amazing and the care that my dogs (and me for that matter) will be faultless.
